Our passion for fresh, sustainable produce is what drives us. We are a collection of local farmers and growers from the Mid-Ulster area, who have come together to produce seasonal subscription veg boxes using the most sustainable practices possible. We believe that by supporting local we can create a better food system for everyone.

Our growers
The Veg Collective is a group of local growers, who work and live within 15 miles of each other. We have come together to let our homegrown, healthy produce be enjoyed by others. Our growers include Rock Farm, Creeve Cottage and AJ’s Farmshop.
Our boxes
Our weekly seasonal veg box is freshly picked by the growers and sorted on the same day at AJ’s Farm Shop. As growers, we work with nature and so our selection of produce is subject to seasonal change.
How it works
Join the Veg Box Scheme to secure your supply of fresh veg every week throughout the season. You can pause or cancel your order at any time. Veg boxes can be collected from our local collection points on a Friday and Saturday.
Why we do it
This just makes sense to us. We can grow great produce here, so why not buy your vegetables direct from the farm. It will be great value and it will last longer. It won’t be wrapped in plastic or sprayed with preservatives. You will be supporting our farmers to make a proper living doing something that they love. You’ll be reducing your carbon footprint and boosting the diversity of local crops which is good for biodiversity.
